Who is my sales rep?

These specialists are your best resource for information regarding a specific itinerary or region that we travel to. Do you have an agent specialist program?
LEXperts is an agent training program designed to give you the tools to become more effective in selling Lindblad Expeditions. We are currently reviewing this program, and will re-launch it in 2007 as an online training program. Upon completion, graduates will be rewarded with an array of incentives and benefits to motivate increasing Lindblad Expeditions sales.

Do you have Familiarization/Educational Trips?
Lindblad Expeditions is motivated to have qualified, leisure-selling, travel consultants travel with us on an expedition. We offer reduced rates on most of our expeditions; a lesser reduction for confirmed space and more significant reductions for space available travel (confirmed 30 days prior to departure).
If you are a travel consultant actively engaged in selling or marketing leisure travel, please click here to access the FAM-trip application form. Once submitted, you will be contacted by a representative in the sales department to review your request and advise next steps.
If you have already submitted a FAM-trip application form, you will be contacted 30 days prior to your sailing date with an update on your status.

What is my commission?
Lindblad Expeditions pays all agencies a base commission of 10% on cabin fare, insurance, and most extensions.
Lindblad Expeditions is a member of Virtuoso and Signature Travel Network. If your agency belongs to either of these consortiums, please consult your intranet system for the most up-to-date commission and override information.
One of the best ways to boost your agency's revenue and increase your commission is to enroll in the LEXperts program, Lindblad Expeditions' agent specialist training, sales and marketing program.
