RECIPE

 

1 bottle Galápagos Endémica Beer (or any Pale Ale)

 

0.5 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

 

1 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt

 

0.5 tsp Coriander Seeds

 

Rim beer pint with salt; Pour lime juice and Himalayan sea salt into pint and stir well; Add beer; Top with ice cubes and garnish with coriander seeds.
