1 oz. Jameson


3/4 oz. Grand Marnier


1 cup Freshly Brewed Coffee


Whipped Cream


Brown Sugar


Cinnamon Powder


Cinnamon Stick





Rim wine glass with brown sugar using grapefruit (or any other citrus); Add Grand Marnier; Use match or lighter to ignite the alcohol in the glass and sprinkle with cinnamon; Once sugar rim is caramelized, set glass down (cover with plate to extinguish flames if needed); Add Jameson; Fill 3/4 of glass with coffee and top with whipped cream; Garnish with cinnamon stick
