INGREDIENTS:

 

2 cups Icelandic Style Skyr

 

2 cups Whipping Cream (35% Fat)

 

Your Choice of Cookies

 

Your Choice of Jam

 

Your Choice of Berries

 

 

STEPS:

 

Whip the cream

 

Slowly fold the Skyr into the whipped cream until it looks well mixed

 

Crush the cookies; Spread them at the bottom of the cake dish

 

Add the Skyr/whipped cream mixture; Spread so surface is smooth

 

Add the jam onto the top

 

Top with the berries

 

Keep in the fridge until ready to serve
