What an incredible day exploring Petersburg and LeConte Glacier! We began our sunny, bluebird-sky day in Petersburg, where we toured the area by bike, on foot, and by water. We were able to bike through parts of Petersburg, hike through muskeg and mountain trails, or explore the shoreline from our Zodiacs.

Our adventure continued in the early afternoon as we made our way toward LeConte Glacier. We explored varying sizes of floating ice from our Zodiacs and we were amazed at the beautiful shades of blue, glacial ice. We ended the day by watching a majestic humpback whale lunge feed from the bow of our ship. It was the perfect ending to the day.
