Claudia Molina

Claudia has been living in the Galápagos Islands for over 20 years. She holds a degree in Ecotourism from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. She first came to Santa Cruz driven by her deep love for nature and the ocean, and ever since, she has dedicated her life to exploring, teaching, and protecting this extraordinary place. For many years, she worked as a PADI Dive Instructor, guiding countless people through their first underwater experiences and certifying over 600 students. In 2018, she became a certified Dive Guide for the Galápagos National Park, a role that allowed her to share her passion for marine life with visitors from around the world.

Today, she works as a certified Naturalist Land Guide, a new chapter in her journey, where she continues to educate others about the unique biodiversity of the islands and the importance of their conservation. She is passionate about the water, the wildlife, and every corner of this archipelago. For her, this is more than a job, it’s a lifelong commitment. She is also the proud mother of two children who, like sea lions, are completely at home in the water. Together, they live in and care for the Galápagos, teaching by example the importance of protecting this natural paradise.

She firmly believes that education and responsible tourism are key to preserving this fragile ecosystem. Every tour, dive, and walk is an opportunity to inspire awe, respect, and action for our planet.
