NEW YORK, NYJanuary 23, 2023Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: LIND), the recognized global leader of expedition cruises and adventure travel experiences, continues to strategically expand its global sales team to further grow the brand’s presence among travel advisors. As the Expedition Cruise sector is experiencing tremendous growth, Lindblad Expeditions welcomes two senior sales leaders for its pioneering expedition cruise brand: Christine Stevens Robinson and Rachel Woodward. The cruise industry veterans have joined the company as sales vice presidents, further strengthening its global sales and revenue management team.

In their new roles, Robinson and Woodward will each be responsible for strengthening travel advisor relations on a regional level and supporting the influx of advisors expanding into the expedition cruise space. Together, they will help showcase the brand’s unique offerings and leadership within the expedition space, including its pioneering heritage, modern and purpose-built fleet, and industry-leading expertise and field staff.

Together, Robinson and Woodward bring decades of notable cruise and expedition industry experience. Prior to joining Lindblad Expeditions, Robinson most recently served as vice president of national accounts at Hurtigruten, with more than 20 years of Director-level experience working with Holland America Line, Seabourn, and Carnival Cruise Lines. Similarly, Woodward most recently served as senior director of expedition sales, North America at Silversea Cruises for 10 years, and previously spent nearly eight years in various roles at Crystal Cruises.

“Christine and Rachel bring more than 40 years of combined cruise industry experience, and each has an impressive track record working in the expedition cruise space,” said John Delaney, senior vice president of sales and revenue management at Lindblad Expeditions. “We have never been more focused on supporting our dedicated travel advisors – and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with new accounts. We’re building the strongest expedition sales team in the industry and these two new additions to our team help bolster our commitment to the travel advisor community.”

“I am extremely honored and excited to join the remarkable team at Lindblad Expeditions,” said Woodward. “Throughout my career, I have long admired Lindblad for being the true pioneer in expedition cruising, and their ability to provide unique experiences to some of the world’s most remote destinations. I am looking forward to sharing this amazing product with travel advisors and guests.”

Robinson echoed: “I am beyond thrilled to join a company with such a rich history in expedition travel and a great reputation in the marketplace.”
