Our day started on the central realm of the Galapagos on Bartholomew Island, and this morning we headed to the shore for an invigorating hike to the top of an extinct volcano. As we reached the top, we had a view of the breathtaking landscape, which is the most photographed in the archipelago. Later on we had several options for our guests and some went to a nearby beach, snorkeling or on a ride onboard the glass-bottom boat.

This afternoon we navigated to Chinese Hat Islet, there we snorkeled from the Zodiac and had a late-afternoon Zodiac coastal exploration outing. We were very lucky to find Galapagos penguins, sea lions, and sharks along the coast of Santiago Island.
