National Geographic Islander arrived to Bartolome Island very early at the morning and our activities started before breakfast with a hike up to Bartolome. From there we had the chance to see one of the most iconic views of the Galapagos Islands. Then after a well-deserved breakfast, we got ready to either deep-water snorkel or spend time at the beach. Later, the crew received us with a traditional Ecuadorian lunch where we tasted new flavors and exotic fruits.

Afterwards we had a second chance to do deep water snorkeling or the first kayaking outing. The wildlife were everywhere -- sea lions swimming around us, pelicans plunging into the water! Perfect conditions to remember forever.
