Fish and fruits come to market this morning as we started out in daybreak to experience the bustle of both water- and land-based trading markets. We had the opportunity to tour the colorful town of Chau Doc with yet another staple in local transportation, a front-bearing cycling carriage known as the cyclo. In the afternoon, we surveyed displays of local music and farming operations in the small village of My An Hung. Adventurous guests could taste unfamiliar fruits and climb across a bamboo “monkey bridge.”
