Today we disembarked for an early pre-breakfast natural history walk on Punta Cormorant. Our first wildlife encounter was quickly spotted in a beautiful brackish lagoon where a group of flamingos were seen feeding. We then visited a nearby beach and found evidence of Pacific green sea turtle nests.

After a hearty breakfast, we did more exploring on Zodiacs all along Champion Islet and had great bird sightings, such as red-billed tropicbirds, frigates, and swallow-tailed gulls. We also had the chance to go deep-water snorkeling amongst playful sealions!

In the afternoon, some guests went kayaking and paddleboarding while others went to visit Post Office Bay to learn about the human history of the Galapagos. We ended the day with a relaxing walk along Post Office Beach, and we eagerly await our next adventure.
