The early riser guests aboard the National Geographic Venture awoke this morning to some gray skies, occasional drizzle, and patchy fog – typical weather for Southeast Alaska. Undaunted, we donned rain gear and headed out on deck to see what the day had to offer. Glaciers, brown bears, sea otters, bald eagles, and tufted puffins were just some of the highlights of our full day in Glacier Bay National Park.

Some of the Junior Rangers today were inspired to write about their day and Glacier Bay National Park.
