National Geographic Sea Lion spent the morning exploring LeConte Bay by Zodiac boat. The bay is filled with icebergs and other ice bits that have calved from the LeConte Glacier at the head of the bay.

After a lovely brunch, we docked in Petersburg, a Norwegian fishing village, for a variety of walks around the city. Some guests chose an optional excursion to go flight seeing over glaciers.  Other guests joined naturalists on a dock walk, photo walk, an aerobic walk, and a guided bike ride to explore town on a five-mile loop along the coast.
