We are experiencing the lowest water level of the year in the main river and creeks in the Amazon region. Many different species are taking full advantage of these conditions for feeding and nesting. In our sophisticated skiffs, we are able to navigate inside these creeks, and it feels like these areas never have been explored before by human beings.

During our skiff ride, we had the opportunity to observe and learn about many different facts about this unique region. During our hike, we felt like we were briefly a part of this complex ecosystem, where each one is perfectly adapted to accomplish its role in nature, whether they be tarantulas, snakes, monkeys, birds and lots of other animals as well.
