Submissions may be shared with our audience as we celebrate and reflect on 60 years of expedition cruising in Antarctica.

Terms and Conditions 

Photos submitted should illustrate your photos, stories, videos or reflections of your memories (each, a “Photo”) during your Antarctic voyage with Lindblad Expeditions. By completing the submission form and uploading a Photo, I certify that I have reviewed the submission requirements, and I further certify, acknowledge and agree that: 

(i) my submission of the Photo is not illegal or in violation of any law, regulation, treaty or administrative act; 

(ii) I will not submit any Photo that contain, obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content; 

(iii) Photos owned by a third party, or the use of any trademarks, service marks, logos, brands, or products owned by a third-party are not acceptable for submission; and

(iv) I will provide a signed written personal release from all person(s) who appear in the Photo authorizing use of their image by Lindblad Expeditions for the specific purposes identified herein if so requested by Lindblad Expeditions. 

By completing the form and submitting a Photo, I represent, acknowledge, and warrant that (i) the Photo is an original work by me, meaning the Photo is my original creation taken solely by me and reproducing, modifying, enhancing or altering a third party’s pre-existing work does not qualify as my original creation; (ii) I own the copyright to the Photo; (iii) the Photo does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity; and (iv) no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the Photo. 

By submitting a Photo, I hereby grant Lindblad Expeditions an irrevocable, royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide perpetual license to use and distribute the Photo (as submitted, or as cropped by Lindblad Expeditions), and my name, city and state of residence for credit purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including without limitation on Lindblad Expeditions’ websites, newsletters and social media without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
