Good Faith Plan & More

Committed to Our Guests' Peace of Mind

For many of us, the desire to continue to explore the world and experience its wonders remains strong. We know anticipating good things ahead works wonders for us all. So, we can promise you this:

The remote places in the world where our ships explore offer you an epic version of social distancing. Our expedition ships are autonomous, able to go far, stay away, and provide incredible experiences, generally not reliant on docks, ports, or human communities at all. Our expedition staff and crew will do whatever it takes to ensure that exhilarating discoveries run smoothly and safely, and are ready and eager to welcome you aboard.

The health and safety protocols have been devised to minimize risk for the small community of individuals traveling aboard our ships, and to inspire confidence to resume exploring with us. Related to our protocols, and long before the advent of the novel coronavirus, we trialed a new onboard cleaning and disinfecting system called Premium Purity™, testing it for a year aboard National Geographic Explorer; it proved so effective, we rolled it out across the Lindblad-National Geographic fleet. You can read more about it at expeditions.com/purity

Reduce your financial risk. Our Good Faith Plan means you can book, confident that should you choose to cancel prior to your voyage, you can—100% assured.  For those who wish to cancel their expedition, we are providing two options: Our standard cancellation policy is available, should that best suit your needs.
