Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice; Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass |

5 Diced Raw Red Beets
0.5 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup Raw Sugar
0.5 cup White Vinegar
1 tsp. Black Peppercorns
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
