This was our second day on Santa Cruz Island, and National Geographic Endeavour II anchored in very calm waters on the northern side of the island. This morning we visited Cerro Brujo, translated to English would be Dragon Hill, which refers to the inhabitants of the site, including yellow iguanas that live inland at the foot of the eroded hill. In the afternoon, we went for a coastal exploration via Zodiacs, looking for seabirds, sea turtles and baby sharks.
