Española Island
Walking along the beach there is a Sally Lightfoot crab; basking in the sun there are several marine iguanas; hopping from bush to bush we observe a large cactus finch. That’s life on Punta Suarez, as the sun rises, creatures start with their day to day activities, and they walk, fly and swim. The amazing thing is that they keep doing whatever they were supposed to, even with our presence, human beings as part of their world, we are as natural to them as the trees, the waves or the wind. What a marvellous fact about this enchanted archipelago!
In the afternoon we enjoyed Gardner Bay at the most. In the area there are several rocks and islets that we use for different activities such as deep water snorkeling, kayaking, swimming and glass bottom boating. Sea lions took pleasure in the beach as much as we did, and by sunset time we were on board, completely fulfilled by a beautiful adventure in one of the most beautiful Galápagos Islands.
