Los Islotes and Isla Espiritu Santo

Our final day on the Sea Bird was full of sun, wildlife and adventure. Snorkeling and Zodiac-ing with California sea lions in the morning; kayaking and walking and beach-inhabiting in the afternoon. A myriad of memories – seamless blue sky, sunrise green flash, an interactive presentation on animal adaptations to the desert, spontaneous seashell museums on the beach, the hum of guitars and animated conversation. We returned to the ship for the Captain’s farewell dinner and yet another spectacular sunset. The Sea Bird’s endemic music duo composed and sang us a farewell song, and reminded us that whenever we need them and wherever we are, Baja and Los Dos Amigos will be there for us! Wishing everyone the best of luck (and weather) in the Copper Canyon.
