Set out on a guided walking tour through the city’s iconic landmarks and historical sites, culminating in a visit to the Beethoven House, where you’ll delve into the life and genius of this musical icon. Enjoy lunch before checking in at Althoff Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg (or similar). Day 2 - Cologne

Set off on an immersive walking tour through Cologne (Köln), one of Germany’s oldest and most captivating cities renowned for its stunning architecture, rich history and lively culture. Visit the awe-inspiring Cologne Cathedral–Kölner Dom–a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a symbol of Germany’s architectural mastery. Marvel at the cathedral's breathtaking Gothic design, with its towering spires reaching high into the sky. As your expert guide shares fascinating insights into the construction process which lasted over seven centuries, you’ll gain a deep appreciation for this iconic landmark. Next, explore Cologne's charming Old Town, Altstadt, where narrow cobblestone streets wind along colorful buildings, each telling a story of the city’s vibrant past.
