Expedition Masters

Terms and Conditions for Expedition Masters Promotion:

• Promoter: The promotion is conducted by Adventure World Travel (the “Promoter”), General Service Agent (GSA) for National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions, with its principal place of business at Level 4, 35 Grafton St, Bondi Junction NSW 2022 Australia.
• Entry Period: The trade promotion commences at 9am AEST on 7 July 2025 and closes at 9pm AEST on 7 October 2025 ("Entry Period"). No entries will be accepted after this time.
• Prize, Prize Value and Validity: There are five (5) prizes to be won. The prize is a cabin for two people (the Winner and one (1) travel companion) on board National Geographic Gemini Exploring Galapagos 10-day itinerary departing 20 March 2026 valued at $xx,xxx per person per cabin.
• Prize Terms and Conditions: The travel prize is subject to standard Lindblad Expeditions Reservation Terms and Conditions (https://au.expeditions.com/reservations/reservation-terms-conditions). By accepting the Prize, the Winners accept the Terms and Conditions. Flights, spending money, meals not stated, taxes, FBT, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, accommodation at the departure point or for any stopovers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, and all other ancillary costs are not included. The Prize is not refundable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Winners are responsible for ensuring that they (and any companions travelling with the Winners as part of the prize) have valid vaccinations and travel documentation (including but not limited to, passports and visas, if required). The Winners must provide all necessary personal information (as per travel documentation) and date of birth to complete reservations. The Winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. In the event any Winner cannot travel on the departure allocated the prize will be forfeited with no prize extensions permitted. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, or on the direction from a regulatory authority, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize.
• Eligible Participants: To enter, you must reside in Australia or New Zealand and be an Australian or New Zealand citizen over the age of 18 years. Any directors, employees and contractors who work or have worked in the last 12 months for The Travel Corporation, Adventure World Travel Pty Ltd or National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions or members of their immediate family, are not eligible to enter. The Winners must be in full-time employment as a travel consultant at the time of entry and at the time of prize return date. 

The Winners will be required to certify their eligibility in accordance with this terms and conditions in order to receive the prize.

• How to win, Determination and Notification: To Win, participants will earn points for completing the following specific activities during the Entry Period:

Watch a webinar hosted by Destination Webinar on 10, 17, 24 and 31 August.   There are four to watch.	Earn 50 points per webinar
Complete training modules on Expedition 360.  There are six modules to complete.	Earn 30 points per module
New booking made, departing 2026 and beyond#	Earn 200 points per booking
New booking made, departing in 2025 #	Earn 300 points per booking

^#For bookings to qualify, the eligible travel consultant must have a deposit or full payment against the booking by 7 October 2025. Re-bookings do not apply.

Bookings must be entered under the travel consultant’s name at the time of booking and bookings are not transferable between consultants at any stage during the incentive period.  The five participants with the most points accumulated over the Entry Period win.  In the event of more than five participants having the most points, the participants with the highest value bookings (cruise only, excludes flights) made during the Entry Period will win.  Winners will be notified via phone and email no later than five business days after the selection of the winner. 

Redetermination of Prize Winners: If a prize winner is deemed ineligible or fails to claim their prize within the specified period, a redetermination of the prize winner will occur. The new winner will be notified in the same manner as the original draw.

• Disclaimer of Liability: The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or incurred by any participant in connection with the promotion or the prize, including but not limited to:
  • any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter's control).
  • any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter.
  • any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Winner or the Winner’s travel companion arising out of the prize.
  • any tax liability incurred by a winner or participant.

By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
