Jenelle Findley

 

Jenelle Findley is the Senior Vice President of Operations and Planning at Lindblad Expeditions, where she leads a wide-ranging portfolio of operational areas critical to the company’s long-term success and strategic growth.

 

Bringing more than 17 years of diverse leadership experience in the cruise and financial sectors, Findley is a recognized expert in transformation management, destination development, and integrated operational planning. Prior to joining Lindblad Expeditions, she held multiple senior roles at Seabourn Cruise Line and Holland America Group, where she where she led strategic initiatives that enhanced efficiency and drove multimillion-dollar revenue and cost-saving results and successfully navigated complex cross-brand projects across global fleets.

 

Findley is known for her collaborative leadership style, deep financial acumen, and ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision. She has successfully led multifunctional project teams through periods of significant industry transformation, most notably during the cruise industry's restart following the pandemic.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oregon State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive 2023). Findley is also deeply committed to community service and currently serves as Treasurer on the Board for Mary’s Place, a Seattle based non-profit dedicated to ensuring no one’s child sleeps outside.
