Emily Hyde

Emily grew up in the misty Pacific Northwest and has always been drawn to wild, remote places. After earning a degree in English Literature from the University of Washington, she spent the subsequent years traveling internationally and working in outdoor expedition settings, experiences that deepened both her love for the natural world and her belief that meaningful time outside should be accessible to everyone.

 

A certified Sustainability Steward through Seattle Tilth Alliance, Emily is passionate about conservation and hands-on environmental stewardship. She is equally committed to helping people foster their own sense of connection to the outdoors - whether through shared experiences, interpretation, or simply creating space for others to find their place within the landscape.
