Robyn Wilson

Robyn Wilson is a massage therapist with more than 40 years of professional experience in sports medicine, movement education and injury prevention. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, she became a certified scuba diver at age 16, beginning a lifelong connection to the ocean and active travel.

Robyn holds a Master of Science in Exercise Sport Sciences from the University of Florida and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 1984. She also worked for two decades as a Certified Athletic Trainer and massage therapist with the University of Florida Athletic Association, supporting the care and recovery of university athletes.

Robyn later founded and operated University Sports Massage, Inc., where she and her team provided sports massage and clinical injury care to both athletes and the broader Gainesville community. Her professional background includes extensive experience in athletic training, exercise science and fitness-focused therapy.

In addition to massage therapy, Robyn has trained and instructed in disciplines including martial arts, yoga and flexibility-based movement programs. Her onboard work emphasizes restorative care, recovery and customized wellness support that complements active expedition travel.
