Sofia has built her career around wine, gastronomy and cultural exploration. Combining deep expertise in wine with more than 25 years in the tourism industry, she specializes in creating travel experiences that connect guests with the flavors, traditions and people of each destination.

As Director of Wine Roads of Greece, Sofia works to highlight the richness and diversity of Greece’s viticultural heritage. Through vineyard visits, tastings and immersive experiences, she introduces travelers to wineries, local producers and the distinct character of Greece’s wine regions while placing them within the broader context of global wine culture.

Holding a WSET Level 3 certification in wines, Sofia brings extensive knowledge of wine tasting, food and wine pairing and international wine trends. Her approach combines professional expertise with storytelling, helping guests understand not only the wines they taste but also the history, geography and culture that shape them.

In addition to her work in wine tourism, Sofia works in private aviation as a flight attendant on private jets, serving high-profile guests and curating gastronomic experiences. This role has allowed her to explore food and wine traditions across a wide range of destinations, further expanding her understanding of global culinary culture.
