At Sea (Andrew Evens’ Story Slam AKA: Andrew’s Writing Workshop)

Today was a day for sharing—Naturalist Conor Ryan, Historian David Barnes, and Natural Geographic’s own contributing writer/editor Andrew Evans all shared amazingly informative lectures. But as you can tell by this opening homage to Monty Python’s Flying Circus, the stars of the day where the brave story-tellers that have been leaning from Andrew during his shipboard intensive writing workshop!

Photo B caption: Today was their “Story Slam” based on the topic: Bad Choices. The stories ran the gamut from hilarious to truly traumatic, but in the end a fantastic time of shared life experiences, and the smiles that came with them, was had by all.
