The day began with sunshine and fair skies. Several guests took in the fresh air with an invigorating stretch on the top deck with Tessa. At 7:30, we took to the dining room to fuel up for adventurous day.
This evening naturalists shared a compelling and eye-opening presentation about World Ocean Day, and the sustainable seafood industry, highlighting Lindblad’s commitment to sustainable seafood sourcing.
For dinner, we chowed down on a crab feast. If that wasn’t enough, there was a buffet complete with ribs and roasted potatoes. We retired to the ship’s lounge to enjoy dessert and coffee while watching a documentary about the fishery roots of the town of Petersburg, a city we were fortunate to experience for ourselves just a few hours earlier.
