Cascade Creek and Petersburg

Jun 22, 2018 - National Geographic Sea Lion

Today was yet another beautiful day in Southeast Alaska. We began the day with hikes and walks in Cascade Creek. We all got to see a beautiful waterfall, and some hikers had the chance to hike 3 miles through mud and rock terrain. In the afternoon we made our way to the town of Petersburg. We adventured through the muskeg, and got to view the amazing environment. We also explored the town and learned about the fishing history. Our day was finished off with a delicious crab feast. Today was truly an amazing day!
