Today we landed early in the morning for a pre-breakfast excursion at Cormorant Point, where we hiked around a brackish water lagoon and had a chance to observe American flamingoes up close. Our guests even witnessed a cooperative hunting behavior between blue-footed boobies and Galapagos penguins.
Later on in the morning, after our ship repositioned, we explored the waters around Champions Islet, either snorkeling or in our glass-bottom boat. During lunch we repositioned to Post Office Bay, where after delivering our postcards, we had a chance to kayak and paddleboard in a mangrove area teeming with sea turtles.
