We woke up to a beautiful sunny day, and after a wonderful breakfast it was time to load local pangas in search of whales and other animals.

We were treated to two sightings of mother and calf gray whale pairs, 7 different single adults, juvenile gray whales, and excellent bird sightings. To the delight of the guests onboard, we observed the breeding plumage of the male magnificent frigate atop the mangrove nesting area and also a juvenile bald eagle sitting very near two groups of nervous double-crested and Brandts cormorants.

Both whale watching sessions left our guests wanting more and provided a bang of a conclusion to a great trip!
