Today was one of those magical Galapágos days where the expected and unexpected joined forces to create memories that will not easily be left behind.
We woke up at daybreak rounding the head of northern Isabela Island; continued west and south over the Equator line, took Zodiac rides, snorkeled, and hiked. Between our experiences off northern Isabela Island, and northeastern Fernandina Island, the awe inspired by Mother Nature at her most fierce and gentle, simply grew and grew.
