Just after sunrise, our guests journeyed to the awaiting Zodiacs to take them to their snorkel destination – Isla San Francisco. Dropping into the water with eyes wide open, our snorkelers experienced the vast landscape of the underwater world that the Baja California peninsula provides. A myriad of grunts, scissortail damsel fish and barnacle blennies were about in the water with even the occasional eel being scene. After drying off for a midday brunch, we enjoyed some whales in transit before heading to La Paz for some dining and shopping along the Malecon. Local performers lit up the stage with synchronized dancing finishing with the powerful vocals of a Mexican opera singer.
