We arrived at Punta Pitt on the northeastern side of San Cristobal Island and headed for a pre-breakfast hike to the top of a cinder cone. As we got to the top, we encountered red-footed boobies, blue-footed boobies, lava lizards, and finches.

After breakfast, we returned to the shore to enjoy some water activities from the beach. As we returned aboard, National Geographic Gemini repositioned to Cerro Brujo. During the afternoon, our guests went kayaking, swimming, and walking along the coast.

Towards the end of the afternoon, we navigated around Leon Dormido Islet, one of the most beautiful formations of the archipelago, and we celebrated the day with a wine tasting event at sunset.
