Today we spent a gorgeous day at our adopted Island, Santiago. Once there were thousands of feral goats destroying the vegetation and competing for food with the giant tortoises, today the goats are gone and the island is recovering. The morning was full of activities at a historical site, Buccaneers Cove, where our guests enjoyed several turns on our glass bottom Zodiac. Some also experienced an amazing snorkeling outing, while kayakers and paddle boarders had a lot of fun along the coastal area. In the afternoon the National Geographic Endeavour II was repositioned towards Puerto Egas, here some time at the beach and a great walk along the shoreline.
