The guests aboard National Geographic Explorer awoke to a typical Falkland Island morning with overcast skies and a steady wind. The first stop of the day was West Point, where guests participated in a variety of hiking and photographic opportunities through the verdant Falkland landscape with amazing wildlife.

During the afternoon, guests visited Carcass Island where they made their way to Port Pattison via a variety of hiking routes. Their hard work was rewarded with a special teatime, hosted in the main house of the settlement at the port.
